1 Definitions and Interpretation

2 Account Eligibility

9 Account Termination

Members may close their Scarplay account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Scarplay also reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms and conditions stated in this document.
• Confirmation that a member does not meet the age or location eligibility requirements.
• Submitting false identity or inaccurate information during KYC.
